Charismatic and modern, this champagne is composed with three wine ageing for three different universes: metal, wood and glass.<\/p>\n<p>This rare and unique blending brings to the <strong>Mo\u00ebt & Chandon MCIII<\/strong> a character that represents boldness, elegance and generosity, true characteristics of the global leader.<\/p>\n<p>This long process was initiated 270 years ago and associates fruity, audacious palate and maturity. Each stratum keeps its singularity while remaining complementary to the others, being both complex and balanced. The mutli-vintage champagne <strong>Mo\u00ebt & Chandon MCIII<\/strong> is composed with Grand Vintage 1998, 2000 and 2002 (37,5%), Grand Vintage Champagne 1999, 1998 and 1993 (25%), with the most intense Chardonnay and most structured Pinot Noir (37,5%).<\/p>\n<p>These still wines and vintage champagnes form a perfect complementarity and transform the <strong>Mo\u00ebt & Chandon MCIII<\/strong> in a sophisticated vintage that reflects both the brightness of summer, the autumn blonder notes and vitality.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"the-first-vintage-from-the-mciii-saga\" style=\"text-align: center\">The first vintage from the MCIII saga<\/h2>\n<p>This first vintage <strong>Mo\u00ebt & Chandon MCIII<\/strong> is called the 001.14: 001 means the first one and 14 stands for the disgorging, after a 10-years maturation in cellars.<\/p>\n<p>This complex and harmonious champagne reveals an incomparable and traditional know-how. The nose is composed with mature and stunning components as, among others, coffee notes, mocha and liquorice.
