On October 1, 2026, the collection will welcome a new destination in the Seychelles<\/strong>, on the island of Praslin<\/strong>. La R\u00e9serve Private Homes Seychelles will comprise just six private villas, set between tropical gardens, white-sand beaches and turquoise waters. This new address has been conceived as an exclusive base from which to discover the archipelago, with a private chef, butler and concierge service on hand throughout each stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

La R\u00e9serve has chosen Praslin, the second-largest island in the Seychelles<\/strong>, as the setting for its six villas. Located in the heart of the archipelago in the Indian Ocean, the island offers an unspoilt tropical environment that provides the backdrop for this new destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
More precisely, the property is located at Anse Boudin, in the north of Praslin<\/strong>, overlooking Curieuse Island and its protected marine park. The location allows guests to make the most of the Seychellois coastline while remaining within easy reach of the island\u2019s main attractions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
