On October 1, 2026, the collection will welcome a new destination in the Seychelles, on the island of Praslin. This new address has been conceived as an exclusive base from which to discover the archipelago, with a private chef, butler and concierge service on hand throughout each stay.

La Réserve has chosen Praslin, the second-largest island in the Seychelles, as the setting for its six villas. Located in the heart of the archipelago in the Indian Ocean, the island offers an unspoilt tropical environment that provides the backdrop for this new destination.
More precisely, the property is located at Anse Boudin, in the north of Praslin, overlooking Curieuse Island and its protected marine park. The location allows guests to make the most of the Seychellois coastline while remaining within easy reach of the island’s main attractions.
Each property has its own identity, yet all share the same desire to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. Private pools, terraces beneath traditional verandas, gardens planted with tropical species and generous living spaces make it possible to fully embrace the Seychellois climate.
