Monte-Carlo Beach: A New Season Between Heritage and Renewal
Monte-Carlo Beach reopened its doors on April 13 for a new season, with an ambitious program. For the past two years, this Riviera institution has been evolving continuously while preserving what makes it truly unique: a genuine club spirit and a joie de vivre unlike anywhere else along the coast. This year, the momentum continues with a major new gastronomic concept, a room designed in collaboration with Lamborghini, and the return of the classics that define the venue’s reputation.
The Major New Addition: La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo
Starting June 12, Chef Simone Zanoni will open La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo at the tip of the Beach peninsula. The menu features generous, sun-filled Italian cuisine : pasta, fresh seasonal produce, and carefully prepared meat and fish dishes. Each table is adorned with small jars of honey, adding a subtle and unexpected sweet touch to the experience. The setting is bright, the atmosphere welcoming, and music plays an essential role. Open for lunch and dinner until September 13.

Elsa Marcel Ravin*: A Star and a New Identity
After earning its Michelin star last year, the restaurant Elsa has been renamed Elsa Marcel Ravin. Chefs Marcel Ravin and Domenico d’Antonio continue to offer cuisine deeply rooted in its environment: sustainably sourced fish, vegetables from the Domaine d’Agerbol, and meats with subtle marine influences. A refined and serene destination overlooking the Mediterranean, perfect for both lunch and dinner by the sea.

Le Deck and Maona: Summer Essentials
Le Deck remains the go-to lunch spot at the Beach, featuring the cuisine of Chef Pascal Garrigues in a setting designed by Dorothée Delaye. The menu celebrates seafood in all its richness: cognac-flambéed lobster, spaghetti di Gragnano with sea urchin and bottarga, and a generous seafood display with the catch of the day. All of this unfolds by the Olympic pool and its iconic diving board, in a setting that naturally invites guests to extend lunch well into the afternoon.
Maona returns for a second season starting May 14. Its concept quickly established itself: vibrant and festive Greek-style lunches, with a menu created by Chef Matia Zanolli. The cocktails stand out with their own identity. Dionysos blends rum, pineapple, and pistachio orgeat syrup, while Athena combines tzatziki cordial, gin, and Italicus. From 4 p.m., the atmosphere gradually intensifies with a curated music lineup, featuring artists such as Carlita, Moojo, and Demaya throughout the summer. From June onwards, the lounge area will also be styled in collaboration with APM Monaco.

Monte-Carlo Beach x Lamborghini Monaco: A Distinctive Collaboration
Among the most original creations this season, Monte-Carlo Beach and Lamborghini Monaco have jointly designed a signature room: the “cool room.” The concept is to translate the DNA of the Italian brand into a living space, blending Lamborghini’s power and refinement with the Mediterranean spirit of the Beach. Bold design, noble materials, and attention to every detail define this space, created for those who expect their hotel experience to tell a story. This collaboration perfectly reflects the direction Monte-Carlo Beach has taken in recent seasons. Continuing to surprise by partnering with strong identities to create truly unique experiences.
The Club Spirit, Always
Before becoming a hotel, Monte-Carlo Beach was a club, and that spirit is still very much alive. The venue is designed for guests to spend an entire day, not just a meal. Activities include padel tournaments, the annual swimming competition that has brought together Monaco members and international guests for decades, and water sports available from the base opening on May 1.
For families, the Kids Club by Petit VIP welcomes children on weekends starting April 18, then daily from late June to late August.
The hotel’s 41 rooms, all facing the sea, allow guests to extend the experience without ever leaving this unique setting.
For those arriving by sea, a shuttle service connects the venue to Port Hercule throughout the season.
Monte-Carlo Beach welcomes guests until October 11. Book your stay !
