Stunning suites

The recent renovation in 2013 introduced a selection of new Mandarin Rooms and Junior Suites on the Mandarin Oriental, Geneva’s sixth floor. These suites have been designed by Buz Design of Hong Kong who has created a contemporary urban retreat concept.

All of the suites have private terraces which allow guests to enjoy panoramic views of the Rhône River, Geneva’s historic Old Town and the surrounding snow-capped mountains. Perfect for families, most are inter-connecting and can be converted into one oversized luxury apartment.

One of the hotel’s premier suites is the Presidential Suite, located on the very top floor with a 360 degree view and its own elevator. The Presidential Suite combines Art Deco elegance and comfort; direct elevator access means that discretion and tranquillity is guaranteed. The Presidential’s terrace looks out over the city, the lake, harbour, the Salève mountain and ultimately – weather permitting – the famous Mont-Blanc peak.

Out heart-stopper is definitely the Royal Mandarin Suite. Offering a spectacular level of luxury, this magnificent suite takes pride of place on the sixth floor of the hotel.

Seamlessly blending contemporary design with effortless elegance, the exquisite accommodation includes a large bedroom beautifully furnished with king bed, a private dressing room and stunning white marble master bathroom.

Decorated in sophisticated tones of gold and burgundy, the suite is accessed via a private elevator from reception, allowing guests a sense of privacy and exclusivity. Flooded with natural light and boasting views over the river, city and mountains, the suite is ideal for entertaining with a dining room that can seat up to eight guests, a large living area furnished with a selection of sumptuous soft furnishings and a fully-equipped kitchen.
