The very first open-air experience from Mercedes Maybach, the Mercedes Maybach S650 is ready for its first deliveries that will begin on Spring 2017, and will be limited to 300 unique cars for the amount of 300.000 euros. So what are the car’s assets? The unique and extremely luxurious design elements of course!
Design to its ultimate
The most interesting asset in this four-seater model isn’t its 6.0-Litre V12 engine with an output of 630hp, but definitely its bespoke elements and design components that are uniquely created for the Mercedes Maybach S650.
Inside the cockpit, Mercedes Maybach S650 offers an extreme open-air driving experience and reveals its infinite luxury and purity at first sight. Based upon the S-Class cabriolet, it adopts its proportions and more dynamic silhouette. The sidewall dropping lines slopes down toward the rear of the vehicle and the front bumper has been redesigned with a lower and improved section.
Expert eyes can notice that Mercedes Maybach S650 has new-chromed elements that amplify the luxurious look of the cabriolet and won’t miss the Maybach emblem delicately affixed on the vehicle’s wings. Then, as soon as he opens the doors, the driver can discover all the car’s cockpit refinement thanks to the Maybach logo projected to the floor. Inside, everything is fluidity
Inside the Mercedes Maybach S650 you can find the Concept S-Class Coupé’s last innovations but this time adapted to a production car. An amazing attention was accorded to the cockpit’s interior.
Not only Mercedes Maybach S650 has new trims on the door panels and the instrument panel, but the car also has new trims on top of the soft-top compartment as for example the Maybach logo. The fluid lines have been accentuated by the German brand’s workmanship, as the new three-dimensional trims under the fine wood veneer. These trims are in unique colour and can be ordered with a glossy finish to match Mercedes Maybach S650’s nine new unique colours (like the new combination pastel yellow/black or porcelain/saddle brown).
Then Mercedes-Maybach logos inside Mercedes Maybach S650 are embossed on the seats and the back of the head restraints, but also in the stowage cover of the center console. Finally, you can find the “1 of 300” lettering on the cup-holder and Maybach signature on the steering wheel. Going further in luxury spirit, Mercedes Maybach S650 will also be delivered with unique lifestyle objects that perfectly match its refined interior.
Even more lifestyle assets
Future Mercedes Maybach S650’s owners will have the pleasure to find in the luggage compartment a travel luggage set from Maybach – Icons of luxury called “Affinity”. It represents two large travel bags as well as two lifestyle bags made with the same leather used for the vehicle interior and adapted to the colours that have been chosen by the driver.
But that’s not all! Mercedes Maybach S650 also comes with a car cover in the soft-top colour with the Maybach emblem and lettering on the bonnet. Then, you will receive a “Welcome Pack” that comprises a key ring made with the same leather used in the vehicle and in the interior colour with the Maybach emblem and “1 of 300” lettering.
